or anniversary more than just another special occasion. The food was
exquisite and the presentation was at least as good. It was amazing that given
the curve ball I threw at the last minute, Dean was able step in and perform
under the pressure of extreme time constraints.

services to my neighbor and my wife has been bragging

You provided one of the
most exquisite meals that I have ever had. I surprised my wife for our
anniversary by doing something that she never could have guessed. Imagine having
a chef prepare and serve an 8 course gourmet meal in the privacy of your own

What a great class last
night on Tapas and Empanadas! The food and wine was so very delicious

I sum it up, we haven't
been able to stop talking about it. The quality of the food,
presentation, Dean's friendship, and clean up were phenomenal. Dean
arrived on time and was completely ready to present to us one of the most
amazing dinner experiences we've had. Tracy and I guessed at the
price, since this dinner was a gift, but were off by 100%.
The price for the three of us was surprising compared to the
quality. Tracy and I are trying to plan our next dinner with
Windy Plum knowing we'll see you for our anniversary. We
would have immediately gone with you for Thanksgiving but Dean says he
doesn't delivery to Orlando... maybe next year. The service provided
was like no other. The quality of food and wine can not be matched by
any restaurant in our area.

Just wanted to say thanks
again for the absolutely fantastic dinner last night. Mike and I can’t stop
talking about it. I had dreams last night about that sweet potato agnolatii.
That and the duck roulade. And Mike had duck terrine on toast with chutney
for breakfast!! You always come through with such amazing dishes…we can’t
wait to have you come do it again!

Thank you for the wonderful meal you prepared for me on my Birthday. I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation. The food was fresh, tantalizing and very pleasing to my palette. The experience was more intimate than going to a five star restaurant.
Everything you prepared was top notch! Starting with the fresh bread and butter you served. The bread was warm and fresh and we had to stop ourselves from eating it. The Crab-meat Maison was so wonderful. I kept reeling in how fresh and tasty it was. I knew from the start that you only cook with the freshest ingredients. The sweet braised Ox Bruschetta with Artichok Tapenade was simply magnificent. The meat was so delicate and flavorful that my taste buds were jumping around in my mouth. The mixed green salad with roasted peppers was prepared to perfection, and I had to ask you how the peppers were prepared because they really stood out. Aw, and the award winning Braised Lamb Shanks were fall off the bone delicious. No knife needed. I am a lover of lamb and usually order it at only the finest restaurants and I have to tell you hands down the lamb you prepared for me was the best ever!! I would stand in line two days to get my hands on that lamb again. Although, my stomach was about to burst, I'm thankful for the Tiramisu that sealed the deal on my meal. Perfect! Tiramisu is my all time favorite desert and it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The portions of the meal were more than satisfying.
Dean, I also want to commend you on your professionalism. You were prompt and arrived at the agreed upon time, you were fully prepared and had all ingredients, and you cleaned my kitchen so good there were no remnants that you were ever even there. You are so likable and approachable that I would love to just sit down with a glass of wine and talk food with you all night.
I have sang your praises to all who will listen. I posted my experience on my Facebook page and have passed the word on about Windy Plum Farms. Thank you, thank you and thank you again for the ultimate dining experience.
