Personalized Catering
This is a new, more economic catering concept that we are pleased to offer to our clients. You hire our Executive Chef, Dean Alleva, we create a custom menu, you supply the kitchen facility either in home or a commercial kitchen, and our chef prepares the entire meal at your facility. This approach to catering saves money, creates a more personalized event, and provides the freshness of onsite prepared food. If you need equipment rentals, servers or bartenders, or other event vendors, we have many that we can refer to you.
Culinary Classes
Are you a beginner who wants to learn basic skills to make your cooking experiences easier and more productive? Are you an experience cook who wants to improve your skills? Maybe you want to learn about a particular regional food or how to make wonderful dessert? Windy Plum Farms offers a culinary class that’s right for you! Our chefs will teach you what you want to know in a format that's fun and instructive. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook - there's a class for you! Classes are conducted in your home. Pricing vary depending on the number of students.

In-Home Dining
Our in-home dining service provides five-star meals served with white glove elegance in your own home. Our Chef will work with you to plan out a menu including wine selection and will then come to your home, prepare the food, serve it and spotlessly clean your kitchen afterwards. Our in-home dining meals range in price from $70/person and up.

Hire A Chef
Now you too can have your own Le Cordon Bleu Chef, including our Executive Chef Dean Alleva, work for you. You can hire Dean or one of our chefs for the day, the night, the weekend, or the entire week. It's like having your own private chef ready to take on all your kitchen chores. Hire a chef for private parties freeing you from the kitchen and allowing you the freedom to enjoy your special event. Need someone to prepare meals for your family for a day or a week? Our Chef can plan your menu, shop for groceries and prepare delicious, healthy meals right in your home.
