Closing of Windy Plum Farms
Windy Plum Farms announces the closing of our company effective June 14, 2011.
Dean Alleva, Founder and Chef of Windy Plum Farms, has accepted the position of Executive Chef at Valencia Terrace. As Valencia Terrace expands its catering and dining services, Chef Dean’s experience in these areas will be a valuable asset to them. Please contact Valencia Terrace for availability of these services.
We would like to thank our many customers for your patronage over the years. We hope we have been able to provide you with a unique culinary experience and will miss serving you. Your dedication to our company has allowed Chef Dean to expand his area of culinary expertise and has enabled Mark Neely to take the next step in serving others.

Gift Certificate Holders
Gift Certificate Purchasers or Recipients: We will either refund the purchase price or provide the service dependent upon Chef Dean’s availability at our discretion.
Auction Gift Certificates: If you purchased one of our gift certificates at an auction event and it has not expired, we will continue to honor these according to Chef Dean’s availability.
All non-purchased gift certificates are now non-redeemable.
